Ray Pullen provides the live entertainment with his covers of pop hits from the 60s, 70s and 80s.

Pasta With Marinated Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 pounds of your favourite tomatoes
• 1/2 small onion, roughly chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil 
• 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed 
• kosher salt and black pepper
• 1 pound fettuccine or your favourite pasta 
• 1/2 cup fresh basil, torn

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, gently combine the tomatoes, onion, oil, cheese, 1 ½ teaspoons salt, and ¾ teaspoon pepper.
2. Set aside and let marinate at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package directions.
4. Add the drained pasta and basil to the marinated      tomatoes and toss to combine. Divide among individual bowls.

                        Meanwhile, cook the green beans with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt in boiling water until tender, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl of ice water. Drain and pat dry. Transfer to a serving bowl, toss with the onion mixture, and sprinkle with the zest.
